The business is based upon 45 years of combined general construction experience and insurance adjusting. A total of 10 years of claim adjusting for several insurance companies for fire, water damage, wind, hurricane, flood and other claims. A total of 35 years of general construction experience that encompasses home remodeling, additions, garages, kitchens, bathrooms, finished basements, new construction frame, block and ICF-( insulated concrete forms). Repair and renovations to small and medium commercial buildings: i.e. offices construction and renovating, code upgrades, etc. Upgrade of apartment complex kitchens and baths 10 Years of operation as a Florida licensed General Contractor. I can Design and build the entire job.

Repair and restoration for homes damaged by fire, generally an insurance claim.
New Construction
Ground up construction to turnkey incl. garages, additions, roof raising, etc.
Mold Restoration
Reforming mold damage caused by water and or humidity to drywall, cabinets, and other organic materials.
Renovations
These range from Kitchens, Bathrooms, finished basements, interior renovations, etc.
ICF Construction
(INSULATED CONCRETE FORM)- Generally new construction from design and ground up construction of foam block with a poured concrete center. At least an R-30 insulation factor and greater depending on block size. Extremely weather safe and energy efficient.

Projects managed for others, be it construction companies or homeowners and generally from ground up or a complete turnkey restoration.
