This business is based upon 45 years of combined general construction experience and insurance adjusting. Additionally, there is a total of 10 years of claim adjusting for several insurance companies for fire, water damage, wind, hurricane, flood and other claims. Finally, we have a total of 35 years of general construction experience that encompasses home remodeling, additions, garages, kitchens, bathrooms, finished basements, new construction frame, block and ICF-( insulated concrete forms,) repair and renovations to small and medium commercial buildings: i.e. offices construction and renovating, code upgrades, etc. Upgrade of apartment complex kitchens and baths. Richard Valente also has 10 Years of operation as a Florida licensed General Contractor. After starting out as a water and fire restoration business, we have continued to expand our skills into a full service general contracting company.
